Laura Sagolla, LMSW
You need not carry your worries,
pain, or sadness alone.
I am here to help you tolerate and accept your unwanted thoughts and feelings at the same time that you move toward the life you've always wanted to live. In a supportive, nonjudgmental environment, we will work together to make improvements, however small, in mood, thinking, relating, and coping.
Background
I have trained at the University of Michigan Department of Outpatient Psychiatry, and combine evidence-based practices with a down-to-earth style and a broad array of life experiences, including nearly 20 years as a practicing attorney.
